As with any other equipment, accidental damage, or many thousands of hours in production, will mean that at some time critical parts will need to be replaced. To ensure there is minimum production downtime, FANUC Robotics can offer you 24/7 support for your robot.

FANUC Robotics can offer these services in any of our standard service agreements. Breakdown Support agreements, can also be combined with any of our standard Preventive Maintenance, Spare Parts, or Predictive Maintenance agreements.
THE FANUC ROBOTICS AFTER SALES MODULE - YOUR ROBOTS FULL SERVICE HISTORY
From the date of the robot sale and installation, your robot is included in the FANUC Robotics After Sales Module (ASM). From this point on any upgrades or service work carried out on your robot by FANUC Robotics is recorded. This enables us to provide our customers with a better support service, we can determine at a glance the age and history of the robot, making the diagnosis of any problems much quicker and easier.

- The service history of your robot available at a glance, including any spare parts replaced by FANUC Robotics.
- All calls to our Help Desk are logged and a unique identification number will be allocated.
- Full knowledge database available to our Service Engineers.
- Online and offiline parts availability.
- We store your controller back-ups on our secure ASM which are available for you if needed.
- After any actions performed on your robot you receive a detailed report of the work and any recommendations in PDF-format, either on a USB-stick or by Email, with a copy of your back-up.
